- NOAA Climate of 1999 – Annual Review
- A "downloadable" recap of the climate of 1999 gathered by the US National Climatic Data Center. Includes detailed reports and images, monthly reports, and extreme events, as well as a national analysis of the United States weather.
- Instituto Español de Oceanografía
- IEO (Instituto Español de Oceanografía) is a public research organization which conducts oceanographic research and advises the Spanish government on oceanographic and fishing policies (in Spanish and English).
