Seth McGinnis

Seth McGinnis is an Associate Scientist at the National Center for Atmospheric Research in the Institute for the Study of Society and Environment (ISSE).

He has a Ph.D. in Geophysics from the University of Colorado and bachelor's degrees in Physics and Earth, Atmospheric, and Planetary Sciences from MIT.

Seth works on several projects, including Disaster Dynamics, an educational game about natural hazards and human decisions; NARCCAP, a regional climate modeling effort for North America; and RCPM, a method for providing regional climate change probability information.
