The best option for your transport from Denver International Airport (DIA) to Boulder is the Boulder Super Shuttle. To make your shuttle reservation in advance, fill in the advance ticketing form. Your destination will be Boulder 's Broker Inn, as it is located directly across the street from your lodging at Williams Village, Darley Commons.

If for some reason, the Boulder Super Shuttle does not work out for you, see other options.

Williams Village, Darley Commons is located across the street from The Broker Inn -where the Boulder Super Shuttle will deliver you. Linens, towels and Ethernet connections will be provided. Phone service is limited to local calls. Do bring your own cell phone and alarm clock/watch, as needed.

Note: Your private rooms are air-conditioned suites, with a small living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, w/ two twin beds.

CU Staff will be available for your 7/14-7/16 check-in at Darley Commons lobby, 500 30th Street for all arrival times.

  • Colloquium Transportation will be provided by the University of Colorado buses. See the CU Bus Transportation schedule (provided in your Participant Binder at Check-In). Essentially, you will be picked up in the morning, after breakfast at Williams Village, Darley Commons at the start of each day and returned at the end of each colloquium day. Additionally, you will be transported to and from our shared Flagstaff Mountain Picnic on Wednesday, July 19.

  • NCAR - Campus maps are helpful in getting your bearings in Boulder and in getting to understand the NCAR/UCAR/UOP locations.
  • Our Colloquiums Locations can best be located by locating the Broker Inn and then gaining perspective, by finding the Center Green Campus locations. We will primarily be housed in CG-1 Conference Center, and additionally, in CG-2-Corporate Computer Training Center, and FL2- Foothills Laboratory Building Auditorium.
  • Your self-purchased Colloquium lunches will either be in the CG1 Café or in FL2 Cafeteria. Both have indoor and outdoor seating.
