Hi Steve,

	Going through Chris's comments made me realize that the 
deliverables were pretty thin on oceanography.  Please see my 
suggestions for modifications in the attached comments on the Exec 
summary.  This may require modification of deliverables elsewhere in 
the document as well -- I am sorry I don't have time to look now. 
Got to get some problem sets graded for my class today.
