NASA is encouraging us to include atmospheric observations and satellite observations in to our workshop. This is not uninteresting but it goes a bit outside of the concept that we originally envisioned and presented. I think our original focus was on sources, inventories, and models. Should we include more than a token presence on atmospheric observations? If so,we probably need to expand the number of participants and the budget.
